Terms & Conditions

Valid government issued photo ID is required for each guest at check-in. For bookings of more than one person in dorms we do our best to put everybody in the same room, but during busy periods it is not always possible, so cannot be guaranteed. Guests under 18 years of age must travel with a parent/guardian/teacher, and we recommend private rooms only. Blocked out dates, minimum stays, and surcharges for vouchers sold open-dated may be imposed during busy periods. Please inquire when booking/confirming. Vouchers are valid until the check-in date and are not transferable. Cancellations made throughout the duration of the booking will incur a 1 night cancellation fee. All remaining balances will be exchanged with a Nomads accommodation voucher. Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival and no shows will incur 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made directly with the hostel booked.
