Trip Itinerary

• Our guide plays relaxing tunes as you head north across the Sydney Harbour Bridge, over the Hawkesbury River onto Australia’s oldest wine production region – the renowned Hunter Valley! First stop is an outstanding boutique winery where you take an exclusive ‘behind the scenes’ wine making tour. Learn all about the processes and knowledge that goes into making wine, before an expert takes you through tastings of their outstanding red and white wines.

• Before lunch you try several wines belonging to a some selected small producers, with the tastings paired with delicious locally produced cheese.

• Our restaurant lunch is a choice of 6 main course options accompanied by a glass of wine or beer. There is a brewery next door offering tasting paddles or walk among the vines taking photos.
• Feeling content, our next stop is the Hunter Distillery where you choose 6 spirits to taste from an amazing selection of vodkas, schnapps and gins. Always a laugh and very educational!
• The day ends on an absolute high with wine and chocolate paired tastings at the Hunter Valley’s # 1 voted cellar door. Gaze over the vines and take in the end of your day with a glass of award winning wine.
• Throughout the day you may purchase as much wine and cheese as you please as we take a cooler bag to keep the cheese cool and plenty of room for those bottles or cases of wine, not available for sale in Sydney
