200 berry farm workers required for nine months’ work in the Corindi region of New South Wales. The mainly outdoors work involves harvesting, packing and general crop management of berry crops and will be available for nine months starting September 2021 onwards. Workers must be available for the whole nine months. Wages will be paid at standard casual award rates and piece rates under the Horticulture Award 2020 and work will be over 5-6 days per week, depending on weather conditions with average minimum weekly work hours exceeding 30 hours per week. Due to the high physical demands of these positions and regular periods of hot and humid weather, workers will need to be physically fit and self-motivated – please address these selection criteria in your cover letter.
