We are looking for up to 500 Seasonal Workers to fulfil our requirements in, Emerald – Central Queensland and Dimbulah- Far North Queensland, a large citrus orchard and packing operation in Emerald and Dimbulah is seeking to employ up to 500 seasonal workers for our upcoming Citrus and Grape Season commencing between October 2022 and January 2023 working through to September, 2023.
These roles involve completing a variety of duties including fruit picking, thinning, packing, crop care, and general farm labouring, cleaning and housekeeping. All positions are offered on a casual basis.
These roles are physically demanding and require employees to be physically fit and capable of performing the repetitive and demanding nature of the work including carrying of weight up to 20kgs, frequent ladder climbing, bending, squatting, stacking cartons on the box-line (up to 20kg), pre-packs, auto-packers, floor-general, container-loading, computer-pack, receivals, despatch or any other general farming and packing duties designated by a supervisor/leading hand, throughout a shift.
