Responsibilities & Duties:
· Follow strictly the standard operating procedures to achieve a high level of completion of service.
· Cooperate and communicate with all sections of the café to ensure a smooth operation and highest quality of service at all times.
· Maintain a high level of general tidiness and cleanliness on the floor.
· Have your eyes on the floor at all times to anticipate the needs of customers.
Skills & Experience:
· Experience as a waiting staff of at least 2 years in a fast paced environment.
· Understanding and able to provide high level customer service at all times and willing to go the extra mile to make our customer’s experience a memorable one.
· Able to strictly follow standard operating procedures to uphold a high level of service.
· A strong team player and a multi tasker.
· Able to demonstrate a three plate carry and three coffee carry.
· Have a basic understanding and a curiosity to improve yourself about food and coffee.
· Possess a clear and effective communication skill and a keen eye for details.
· Able to follow instructions and take constructive feedbacks in high pressure situations.
· Able to maintain a polite and friendly approach to all customers during high pressure situations.
· Be well presented and have good hygiene at all times.
