110 Farm workers required for up to 9 months work in the Mareeba region of Northern Queensland. The mainly outdoors work involves harvesting, packing and general crop management of Berries, and at times other various other fruits and vegetables on up to 9 properties. Work will be available for up to 9 months with starting dates between early to late January 2022 through to early to late October 2022. Workers must be available for the whole 9 months. Wages will be paid according to the Horticulture award 2020 rates and work will be over 5-6 days per week, depending on weather conditions with average minimum weekly work hours exceeding 30 hours per week. Due to the high physical demands of these positions and regular periods of hot and humid weather, workers will need to be physically fit and self-motivated – please address these selection criteria in your cover letter. Own transport and Experience is not necessary.
