Work includes planting, picking, harvesting and packing various crop varieties, and general farm hand tasks. Hours are varied and can include week-end work. Flexibility with hours is required, depending on weather and crop maturity. 130 positions will have various starting dates over August and September. Workers must be able to commit to 6 months of continual work and have the ability to do physical labour in hot humid conditions in the field. Work will be located at South Kolan, Sharon & the Bundaberg surrounding areas. Workers will be paid as Level 1 under the Horticultural Award @ $26.58 from the 1/7/22.
