About the job:
-You’ll be providing top notch customer service to our guests and property owners – helping to complete tasks like coordinating check-ins and arrivals,taking queries over the phone, processing payments etc. from our city office on little Collins St.
-You’ll be rostered casually up to full time hours depending on how busy it is –availability on weekends and Christmas/New Years is a must and rewards will be handsome.
-You’ll be predominantly based in our CBD office but get out and about regularly to complete various tasks related to the role
-You’re an organised person who takes ownership of their work and pride in its delivery
-You love providing excellent customer service and sharing your knowledge with others
-You take initiative and solve problems
-You like to have fun at work and recognise the importance of not taking life too seriously
– Speedy typing skills and ability to speak and communicate clearly is essential as you’ll be organising arrivals and trouble shooting problems with guests from around the globe. (If you can speak Chinese it’s a big bonus, we have many Chinese visitors)
