We’re looking for several Call Centre superstars to join our team & provide exceptional
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, the role can consist of both inbound & outbound calls.
About the position:
- Monday – Friday, no weekends
- Customer Service role ensuring clients and customers and their enquiries are well managed in a time efficient manner
- Training will provided (previous experience is advantageous)
- Casual position with the chance for a full time contract in the first 12 months
What we are looking for:
- Previous customer service experience is ideal
- Thrive on working in a team environment!
- Knowledge of call centre systems would be desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- A driven individual who will grow and embrace new challenges
